PARKING ZONES

You can find the map of the paid-parking zones (the Blue and the Green Zone) here: "Zonen - Tarife".
For the hours when paid-parking applies, please check the link given above.

In the Blue Zone the maximum allowed parking time is 2 hours (during paid-parking times).
There is no time limit in the Green Zone.

WHERE CAN I GET PARKING TICKETS?

In the Blue Zone you can use parking ticket machines (not for parking in the Green Zone) .
They are indicated in above mentioned map. Their location is also listed here. You can also pay with NFC-enabled cards.

In addition, you can obtain parking tickets at numerous sales outlets, such as many tobacconists, shops and gas stations in Baden and surrounding communities (see map, or find the complete list here).

WHAT PARKING TICKETS CAN I BUY?

For the Blue Zone, parking tickets valued 1, 2 and 4 euros are available. Using these tickets, you can park for half an hour, one hour and two hours, respectively.

Different fees apply in the Green Zone:
With parking tickets at 0.50, 1, 2 and 4 euros, you may park for 30 minutes, 1, 2 and 4 hours, respectively. Parking tickets for a day, a week (8 days), or a month are also available (at 5, 20, and 65 euros). 

You may park free of charge in both zones for up to 15 minutes. Simply note the exact time of arrival (hours and minutes) on a free parking ticket or informally on a note. After 15 minutes, you must vacate the parking space.
Free parking must not be combined with prepaid parking tickets.

CELL PHONE PARKING APPS  ("HANDYPARKEN")

In Baden you can use cell phone parking to pay your parking fees (not for residential parking permits).

Provides available in Baden are also listed on this website (in German. Includes link to providers' websites and their hotlines).

Weekly and monthly parking tickets may not available from all providers.

To use the cell phone parking apps, you are required to first register with the provider of your choice. After that, you can pay your parking fees by online debit, credit card or cell phone bill. 

Service charges may apply for each parking transaction, depending on the provider. The City of Baden pays a contribution of 5 cents gross (except for Park and More), so that you are charged a reduced or no service fee.

The City of Baden is not involved in the implementation and technical execution of the apps. Please contact your respective provider directly if you have any questions about the app's functions, billing or if problems arise.
